Chapters Module: Create a New Chapter

This function is used to add new chapters to the database.



1. Click "Create a New Chapter."

2. Populate as many fields as you can, but the required fields at a minimum.

Several fields have drop-down options that are controlled by your administrator within Sentinel's system settings. This includes:

  • Chapter Type Codes
  • Term Definition
  • Region
  • Province
  • Chapter Status
  • Officer Structure

Chapter Sort Order determines the order the chapter will appear on the screen and in reports.

3. The new chapter's record will open where you can continue to edit fields.
