Members Module: New Member Management from the Chapter Member Roster

The Chapter Member Roster has several tools to aid in New Member Management.



1. The Member Card of a new member who has not yet completed their self-validation will look a little different from other members. Instead of a blue "Edit Member" button, you'll see a hyper-linked "Resend Self Validation" button.

2. After clicking the hyper-linked "Resend Self Validation" button you can edit the new members email and phone number if needed.

Click the blue "Resend" button and an email and text message will be immediately sent to the new member with their self-validation link.

3. A confirmation message will be displayed.

After clicking "Ok" you will need to refresh your browser to see the updates to any email and phone numbers.

4. If a new member has completed their Self Validation the badge they selected, if allowed by your organization, will be displayed. Officers can edit the selected badge when reporting an Initiation.

5. Click the filter icon and select "Has Outstanding Self Validation" from the drop down to narrow the members displayed on screen to just those with incomplete Self Validations.
