Members Module: Advanced Search - Search Templates
To perform a more complex search than possible from the search bar at the top of the screen, use the Advanced People Search button on the Members Menu page.
Using Search Templates
1. Search templates are saved searches created by the Sentinel Support Team for your organization.
Click the blue "Add Search Template" button.
2. Each Search Template will have a short description along with key instructions.
This first example instructs the user they will need to supply the office name to execute the search.
3. We'll see some elements have been pre-populated by the Search Template, but we'll need to supply the office name to complete the search.
Click the magnifying glass next to the search field for a list of options applicable to the search criteria.
Click the green "Search" button.
